East and South side schools were mostly canceled, for only a couple inches of snow! I was wearing slippery shoes, and fell hard on my back more than once. For the snow (and my newfound back pain), I give credit to global climate change and Big Oil.
Any plants that hadn’t died from the hard freeze last week have most certainly died now. It’s tough having plants in Tucson, where the summers are 115 and the winters can be as low as 21.
