Project of the Week

Does this count?

Happy Easter!

p.s. Last week’s garden post was technically my project of the week, since I did have to plant many new seeds. I should’ve specified that :)

Easter Accessories

When I think of Easter, I think about frilly dresses, white patent Mary Jane shoes, white socks with lace trim, and a big, floppy sunhat. It would look quite silly to wear those as an adult, so instead I could wear these:

(Forever 21)

1. Sunglasses

2. Organza Pearls

3. Song Bird Pendant Necklace II

4. Lush Floral Dress

5. Love & Beauty green nail polish

6. Fingerless Lace Gloves

7. Scalloped Flats in yellow

And yes, this would all be worn together as one beautiful, eclectic outfit for church on Easter Sunday.

Merry Christmakwanzukkah!

There, now we can say we sent out a Holiday picture card thing to everyone we know.

And we’re off… the sequel

We are heading up to Pinetop for a week with my fam.  We are glad to be escaping the heat wave!!!  Don’t worry, we will be in civilized territory complete with internet and a laptop.  Our phones probably won’t work because we have Sprint and they don’t seem to care to make sure there is coverage in the white mountains, but call us anyway and leave a message.  We’ll be able to return phone calls via my brother’s phone that uses Verizon (smart boy).  Or send us an email (that is Phil’s preferred method anyway).

The kitties are doing great!  We are sad to leave them again, but they have each other and our friend, Jen, who is house sitting for us this time.

As for our WoW friends,  don’t worry! we’ll be online and playing probably late at night as usual :)

Happy 2007!

It always amazes me when a new year starts. I think, “how could it be the new year already?” However, leading up to it, I am impatient for it to arrive…mostly because I’m anxious for my winter break.

Anyway, I had a wonderful Christmas! We spent Christmas Eve with the Cains. Here are a few pics from that.

After Christmas Eve with the Cains, we headed up to Matt and Serene’s house for Christmas with the Harrisons. It was fun to do it this year at their new, big house. Christmas morning was a blast with little Belle and her craziness. Our new niece, Kierra Noelle, or Pumpkin Doodle as Belle named her, is adorable and precious! She is so tiny and she just slept the whole time. Anyone could hold her and she would just sleep on, waking only when she was hungry. Here are more pictures:
